The Singing Bowl is a volunteer run nonprofit organization. We create performing arts events that nourish and celebrate the human spirit while inspiring philanthropy and volunteerism. Each event supports the work of nonprofit organizations that are empowering communities one person at a time.

Small nonprofit organizations can find it challenging to divide their time between fundraising and executing their mission. In our current economy many nonprofit groups are struggling to keep their doors open.

Each Singing Bowl event is not only a fundraising opportunity, it is also an opportunity for a nonprofit group to tell their story to a wide audience, and to foster

The Jhamtse Gatsal School, in northern India, providing a home for at-risk children. Jhamtse Gatsal is a Tibetan term composed of two words: Jhamtse, which means ‘love and compasion’, and Gatsal, which means ‘garden’. The Jhamtse Gatsal School is a garden of love and compassion.

Gaining Ground – an organic farm in Concord which gives away all its produce to those in need…

Gaining Ground grows organic vegetables and fruit with the help of hundreds of community volunteers and donates all of this fresh food to area meal programs and food pantries. Based in historic Concord, Massachusetts, Gaining Ground raises and distributes approximately 20,000 pounds of produce each growing season.
